Shipping Policy

At Netherlands Secondhand Bikes, we aim to deliver every order quickly, carefully and securely.

1. Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium

For orders placed before 16:00, we aim to deliver on the next working day.

Other European Countries

Deliveries to other countries within Europe generally take approximately 5 working days.

In exceptional circumstances, such as busy periods, public holidays or external transport issues, delivery may take longer. Delays do not automatically give entitlement to compensation or damages.

2. Bicycle Delivery

All bicycles are delivered ready to ride.

If accessories are ordered together with the bicycle, they will be fitted in advance where applicable so that the bike is ready for use upon delivery.

3. Not at Home During Delivery

If the Customer is not at home when the bicycle is delivered, the driver may securely lock the bike at the delivery location.

In this situation, the keys will be delivered through the letterbox.

The bicycle remains fully insured by Netherlands Secondhand Bikes until the Customer has personally received it.

4. Collection from Our Location

Bicycles purchased or collected from our location can:

• be taken away immediately; or
• be delivered to the Customer's home free of charge at a later time.

5. Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium.

6. Checking Your Order Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting the bicycle as soon as it is received for any visible transport damage or other issues.

If you notice any damage or problem, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
